January 22, 2021 Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation Provides Generous Grant for 2021 Guest View: Grant Received from DPW Foundation Over the holidays, we were pleased to unwrap an unexpected and wonderful gift: a $10,000 investment from the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation a philanthropic organization that supports economically and socially disadvantaged youth and families on behalf of the Washington Companies and the Washington Family. We are thankful for Jason Vaughn, Eugene Branch Manager of Modern Machinery, and his team for their generosity in helping secure the funding. The gift will be used to expand the number of youth and families that receive the support of professional mentor for 12+ years by Friends of the Children in partnership with other local organizations.
