Professional Mentor

Friends – Lane County is looking for passionate, committed, professional mentors (who we call Friends) to support our mission. We impact generational change by empowering youth who are facing the greatest obstacles, through relationships with trained full-time professional mentors—12+ years. Eligible candidates will be fierce advocates for children and will be equally effective in working with parents and caregivers to achieve their hopes and dreams.

Administrative Assistant

Friends – Lane County is looking for a passionate, organized administrative ninja who would thrive working in support of our mission. Eligible candidates will be fierce advocates for children and will be self-motivated, proactive, results driven, and deeply passionate about the mission of Friends – Lane County. The Administrative Assistant will help with the logistics and details as we implement new processes related to medical billing as well as general office/administrative support that are key to the organization functioning. This is a full-time temporary position expected to be at least 9 months in duration with the strong possibility of becoming permanent.

Behavioral Health Therapist (QMHP)

Friends of the Children – Lane County is hiring a Lead Therapist to join our growing family. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director, the individual will inform decisions made by administrative staff, provide connections to local services, provide crucial insight and perspective for the continued development of the Lane County chapter, and work to ensure organizational compliance with Medicaid rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will thrive on building long-term relationships, a stellar communicator with a sharp head for business, detail oriented with a splash of creative style, and spark thrown in.
