Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation/Modern Machinery sign on in Support of Springfield Campaign

Friends – Lane County is honored and humbled to receive a three-year grant from the Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation, in conjunction with Modern Machinery, totaling $75,000 to expand professional mentoring services to Springfield! Additionally, they are offering a $25,000 annual challenge grant which means they will match up to $25,000 received in donations each year for the next three years. With your help, they will contribute up to $150,000 over the three-year period.

The Dennis and Phyllis Washington Foundation strives to better the human condition by supporting programs and services that give people the tools to enhance the quality of their lives and to benefit society as a whole. Modern Machinery, as part of the Washington Companies, embraces their strong culture of philanthropy and actively engages in our community.

To date, we have raised $181,448! While this is steady progress, we still have more to raise before we meet our goal of $385,000.
